Pregnant Women, BEWARE!
Woman in advanced stage of pregnancy may suffer from giddiness on suddenly getting up from teh bed. This occurs due to the pressure of the enlarged uterus on the major veins ( Inferior Vena Cana) carring blood to the heart.
To avoid this pressure, she should turn sideways before getting up.
